Chun Yeung Estate
Chun Yeung Estate is a public housing estate managed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority, located in Fo Tan, New Territories, Hong Kong. The estate comprises five residential buildings, completed in February 2020. The history of Chun Yeung Estate is linked to the former bus depot and Fo Tan squatter area, the latter of which was demolished in 2000. The architectural design of the estate was inspired by the grid style of artist Piet Mondrian, which was incorporated into the design. However, in 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some units in Chun Yeung Estate were requisitioned by the government for use as quarantine facilities. After the situation improved, some units were returned by the end of 2020, and occupancy resumed in 2021.

Light Rail
The Light Rail, also known as the Light Rail Transit (LRT),officially the North-West Railway, is a light rail system in Hong Kong, serving the northwestern New Territories, within Tuen Mun District and Yuen Long District. The system operates over 1,435 mm (4 ft 8+1⁄2 in) standard gauge track, using 750 V DC overhead power supply. It was once one of four systems comprising the KCR network in Hong Kong, before the MTR–KCR merger in 2007. It has a daily ridership of about 483,000 people.
