Chui Lam Estate

Tsui Lam Estate is a public housing estate located in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. Completed in 1988, it was the second public housing estate in the area and one of the few not built on reclaimed land. The estate is managed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority and consists of 8 residential buildings. Additionally, Tsui Lam Estate has also participated in the Tenants Purchase Scheme, allowing tenants to purchase their residential units and establish Owners' Corporations to manage the estate.

Light Rail

The Light Rail, also known as the Light Rail Transit (LRT),officially the North-West Railway, is a light rail system in Hong Kong, serving the northwestern New Territories, within Tuen Mun District and Yuen Long District. The system operates over 1,435 mm (4 ft 8+1⁄2 in) standard gauge track, using 750 V DC overhead power supply. It was once one of four systems comprising the KCR network in Hong Kong, before the MTR–KCR merger in 2007. It has a daily ridership of about 483,000 people.

The Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1933) Limited (KMB) is a bus company operating franchised services in Hong Kong. It is the largest bus company in Hong Kong by fleet size and number of bus routes, with over 4000 buses and 420 routes. It is a subsidiary of Transport International.

Operated since 1888, it was the first funicular railway in Asia.
