The Education University of Hong Kong
The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) is the only university in Hong Kong primarily dedicated to teacher education and is one of the publicly funded universities under the University Grants Committee (UGC). It was originally known as the Hong Kong Institute of Education and was formed through the merger of five teacher training colleges in 1994. Following a comprehensive review in 2015, the UGC recognized that the Institute had achieved academic and managerial standards on par with other universities. Consequently, they recommended elevating its status to that of a university. In January 2016, the Chief Executive and the Executive Council approved the institution's transformation into the "Education University of Hong Kong," making it the tenth university in Hong Kong and the eighth one under the oversight of the UGC.

Light Rail
The Light Rail, also known as the Light Rail Transit (LRT),officially the North-West Railway, is a light rail system in Hong Kong, serving the northwestern New Territories, within Tuen Mun District and Yuen Long District. The system operates over 1,435 mm (4 ft 8+1⁄2 in) standard gauge track, using 750 V DC overhead power supply. It was once one of four systems comprising the KCR network in Hong Kong, before the MTR–KCR merger in 2007. It has a daily ridership of about 483,000 people.

Operated since 1888, it was the first funicular railway in Asia.
